Where is your warehouse located?
Our warehouse is located in downtown historic Fort Smith, Arkansas at 416 S. 5th St., Fort Smith, AR 72901
What are your warehouse hours?
Our warehouse is open 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday - Friday for phone calls and normal business. Our warehouse is not open to the public however. We can arrange for pick ups at our warehouse, but we cannot allow customers to come in and shop. Our online shop is open 24/7. If you need assistance with an online order or have a question, the best time to reach us is between 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday - Friday. If you need something outside of that time period, feel free to email us.

Can I sign up to receive your e-mails?
Of course, you can sign up HERE. When you sign up for our e-mails, you'll receive notifications of new arrivals and any sales or discounts! Don't worry, we won't fill up your inbox. We only send out the important stuff!
ORDERING AND SHIPPING:
Is your site secure?
Yes! When you check out, you are using Shopify's secure network. Click HERE to view Shopify's full statement on security and privacy. We use SSL - which is an industry-leading encryption and authentication software.
Your e-mail address will only be used to send you communication about your order unless you elect to become a part of our mailing list - then you'll get information about your order, our new arrivals, and any sales or discounts! We will never sell or release your e-mail to a third party.
Do I need to send my package to a safe location?
Unfortunately, packages do get stolen from unsecured locations each year especially during our peak season (October 15th - January 1st). Please make sure to have all orders sent to a secure location where a person is able to accept and ensure the safe receipt of a delivered package. Once a package is shown delivered to the address given, it is the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot be responsible for packages that are delivered to an unsecured location such as a mailbox, front door step, or unattended business storefront.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. You will enter your payment information via Shopify's secure network.
How does your shipping process work?
Once an order is placed, we will process it ASAP! Please note, if you place your order on a weekend, it will take a little extra time for it to be processed. After this step is finished, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. Your order will be shipped via USPS or Fed Ex. You should expect your order within 2-5 days of receiving your tracking number.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do offer international shipping. All international packages are shipped via USPS and/or FedEx. Rates are based on destination and package size and weight. International orders are subject to duties/taxes per country fees. Some international packages will incur additional shipping fees. This occurs with larger box dimensions and weight. We will contact you if additional shipping charges apply. Prices can be high due to cost through carriers. We only charge the amount needed for shipping.
How fast do you ship?
All order are shipped between 24-48 hours. However, during our peak season (October 15th- January 1st), shipping times could increase to 2-4 days, due to an increase in the volume of orders. In addition, please keep in mind, USPS and FedEx shipping times slow during these dates. We strongly recommend placing your order during our peak season (October 15th- January 1st) at least 2 weeks in advance of needing your order. This will ensure delivery in a timely manner.
Can I have my package shipped overnight or express mail?
Yes; however, we do not recommend this due to the significant increase in the shipping cost you would incur. We understand this is sometimes the only recourse, and we are more than willing to do this for you if needed.
Can I have my order expedited?
Yes, it is possible for an order to be expedited between October 15th - January 1st.
*There is a $50 fee to have an order expedited.*
This is called "Skip the Line"
For example, if you are order #1,325 and you want to move to the front of the line, your order will be the next order packed. In this case, your order will be packed before the other 1,324 orders.
How do I "Skip the Line?"
- First, an order must be placed on our website and have an order number.
- Second, please call 479.755.6525 with your order number and say you would like to "Skip the Line."
- Third, we will send you a separate invoice. Once the invoice is paid, we will then pack and ship your order.
What if an item I want is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, we do offer an e-mail restock notification. When looking at an item on the retail site, it will automatically pop up and notify you if the item is sold out. It will then direct you to enter your e-mail address. Once the inventory is restocked for that particular item, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the item back in stock. This does not hold an item for you. It is just a notification for everyone waiting on that specific item to come back in stock. Upon receiving the back-in-stock notification, we strongly advise placing your order immediately.
Do you offer E-Gift Cards?
Yes, on the home page next to wholesale application will be an option "CCBEANIE.COM Gift Card". Choose this option to purchase a gift card. Once purchases, an email will be sent to you with a code for the gift card. You can send this code to any recipient for a gift of ccbeanie.com!
How do I return an item?
On the home page of https://ccbeanie.com/ scroll to the bottom of the page and carefully read the return policy before submitting the return. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization (RMA#). Any returns that are not accompanied by a RMA# are subject to a restocking fee and/or a refusal.
How do I care and wash for my C.C products?
Please CUT the tag off your C.C products. Due to the knit product, pulling any tags can and will create a hole in your product. We recommend hand washing in a mild detergent and cold water ONLY. Lay flat to dry. This does NOT include delicate cycles on washing machines or low dryer cycles. The agitator and varying water temperatures can damage your beanie, and the dryer on any heat setting can damage the beanie as well.
