HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Retail Orders shipping is a flat rate fee of $7, but if you spend over $75 - it's totally FREE within the continental United States!
**Please note - International orders are charged based on location and additional charges may apply. Individual countries may also charge duties and taxes to the recipient in order to receive the package. Those are NOT the charge of C.C Beanie, and we cannot be responsible for them. Any retail order that is charged duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient to pay to their country.**
Wholesale Orders are charged shipping. Any wholesale orders outside the continental United States and Canada, will be subject to additional shipping charges that will be invoiced separately.
WHERE AND HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We ship anywhere in the United States using USPS Priority Shipping, UPS, FedEx Shipping and FedEx Smart Post. We now have the capability to ship WORLDWIDE! International rates will apply.
*If you place an order and would like to pick it up at our wholesale warehouse you are more than welcome to do so, just place your order and give us a call!

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
RETAIL ORDERS- Once you receive your tracking number, you should expect your package in 3-8 business days within the United States. Outside of the United States can take up to 3-4 weeks delivery time.
WHOLESALE ORDERS- Wholesale Orders ship Fed Ex Ground, UPS or USPS. Once you receive your tracking number, you should expect your package 4-5 days within the United States. Outside of the United States can take up to 3-4 weeks delivery time.
Please note that if you place your order on a weekend, the processing time will be delayed a day or two.
***DURING PEAK SEASON (approximately mid-October through December), ship time WILL BE DELAYED due to the volume of orders. Please place orders needed at least two weeks prior to when you will need the order for business.If you have an event during this time, please order 3 weeks PRIOR to the event to ensure delivery in time for your event.***
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes! You will be prompted to enter your e-mail address before completing your transaction. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. Be sure that you add us to your address book (firstname.lastname@example.org) so that the e-mail doesn't end up in your spam folder!
HELP! MY PACKAGE IS MISSING, WHAT DO I DO?
Orders shipped are assigned a tracking number with the carrier with whom it shipped. If you have a package that shipped, but it is not delivered as listed with the carrier, you need to contact the carrier with the tracking number. Packages are the responsibility of the carrier once it is picked up from us. We have the same tracking information provided to you. Any tracking inquiries should be directed to the carrier. Packages that show delivered are considered delivered.
Wholesale packages shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Fed Ex are insured for up to $100. If you want insurance beyond this or for a retail order, please contact us as soon as you create the order to add this to your order. An additional charge will apply as set by the carrier, and not by us.
Do I need to send my package to a safe location?
Unfortunately, packages do get stolen from unsecured locations each year - especially during our peak season (October 15th - January 1st). Please make sure to have all orders sent to a secure location where a person is able to accept and ensure the safe receipt of a delivered package. Once a package is shown delivered to the address given, it is the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot be responsible for packages that are delivered to an unsecured location such as a mailbox, front door step, or unattended business storefront.
