Do you offer returns?
Yes, we do offer returns. All returns must be received within 14 days of the original shipment date. HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: All returns purchased from 11.22.23 through 12.25.23 must be received by January 31, 2024. ALL returns must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free. All items that are not in their original condition will be refused or charged a 20-50% restocking fee.
WHOLESALE RETURNS: We will accept returns on factory defective merchandise reported to us via email within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise. Please note: All merchandise is inspected before it leaves the warehouse.
If you were shipped the wrong color or style from your invoice, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise via email. We will arrange a replacement of the correct items with you individually.
We are unable to accept returns for wholesale orders for items that were ordered in error or are not longer wanted. You may not ship items or orders back without contacting us first. We will not accept wholesale returns without an authorization to do so from us. **NOTE** Any return shipped back without authorization from us will incur a 20% restocking fee and/or be refused.**
Do you offer exchanges?
Due to a constantly changing inventory, we are unable to offer exchanges. We recommend ordering the new color/style immediately and then shipping the return back to us!
How will my money be refunded?
You will receive a return to your original form of payment. The refund will be issued after we receive and inspect your return. It can take up to 5-7 business days for you to see the credit on your type of payment.
Do the tags have to be attached?
Yes, all items must be returned with their original tags. Items without their original tags will be refused or charged a 20-50% restocking fee.
Are any items final sale?
Sale or discounted items (including items purchased with a discount code) are a final sale as well as gift cards.
What if my item is damaged when I receive it?
If you receive a damaged item, notify us via e-mail or phone within two days and we will be glad to issue a refund. Damage to items must be reported prior to wear, and the item must be returned with original tags intact on the garment.
Will my shipping fee be refunded?/Do I pay to ship my return back?
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your shipping fees, and return fees are the responsibility of the customer. Exception to these terms is an error that occurred during our shipping process.
How long do I have to ship my order back?

Can I return my items in store?
All items bought from any retail store location must be returned to the location of original purchase. Returns will be handled directly from the store itself. Only items bought directly from ccbeanie.com can be returned to our return department.
