Wholesale Terms - please read before applying per terms set forth below.

• 1st order minimum must be $250.00  - no exceptions. Initial orders under this amount will be cancelled AND YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE REVOKED.

• Reorders are a $100 minimum.

• You can order in singles.

• Payment is due at time of order.

• You must provide an active Sales Tax ID # for your business.  If you are in a no sales tax state, you must provide the Business Tax ID #.

• After submitting your form it will take 24-48  hours for reviewing.
